Since I was a teenager, I have been fascinated with leadership and the things to be learned from effective leaders. It wasn’t until I entered the workforce that I truly began to see leadership (or the lack of it!) in action.

When I became a manager, I had a solid vision of how I wanted to lead my staff. I also quickly learned that I had a gift for coaching junior employees.

Over the years, I have helped dozens of people identify their goals and define a plan to meet them. Then I helped them implement/act on their plan to achieve their goals. All of them have enjoyed success in their personal and professional lives.

In 2015, I joined the Bel Air (MD) Toastmasters club. After serving two years as Vice President – Public Relations, I am currently serving my second term as President. It has been exciting to have yet another opportunity to apply my skills by coaching new members as they begin their journey to improve their public speaking and leadership skills. Members I have coached have gone on to win Toastmasters speech contests on various levels (Club, Area, District, or Division) or succeed in being a part of the club leadership as an Officer. While I have also won speech contests myself, I am most proud of the achievements of these mentees.

Because of these successes, and the fact that I love helping others succeed in improving their leadership and public speaking skills, it became obvious that I should make this a new service through my business. I went back to school (eek!) and earned an MA in Human Services, Counseling: Life Coaching, from Liberty University.

I am now ready to achieve my goal by offering leadership and public speaking coaching to you.

Whether working one-on-one or working to improve your team’s cohesiveness, I look forward to partnering with you as you focus on your success.

The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership.
